jake_jacobs-47-250x250Since he began his consulting practice nearly 30 years ago, Jake Jacobs has focused on discovering better ways for people and organizations to change. Jake helps individuals, groups, and whole systems learn how to live their preferred futures today – and then plan accordingly.

A few of the topics covered:

  • How to get out of either/or mindset by using polarity thinking – embracing both the need for stability and change.
  • How Real Time Strategic Change has people’s voices be heard in the process of creating their collective future.
  • How to plan for your future AND be in your future now.
  • How Real Time Strategic Change can be used with individuals.
  • Reflections on the state of organizational development today.

“If you think of change work as something special, you’ll never get around to it. Change work needs to be part of your daily work. When that happens, you begin living your future now.”
