In this episode, Suzanne Anderson talks about transformational women’s leadership, building upon her research, her coaching, and the programs she has run for years through Kore Leadership and Kore Evolution.
In Part One, Suzanne talks about her own path and the inquiry that started in Paris when more and more professional women she met were dissatisfied despite otherwise “successful” careers.
Suzanne then introduces the concept of the mysterial woman – subject of her upcoming book, The Way of the Mysterial Woman, and describes how a mysterial woman might behave. A woman who has developed her mysterial abilities has more than skills. She works from an “upgraded operating system,” a bold new way of being and navigating in the world.
In Part Two, Suzanne talks about the great cultural shifts occurring that affect women’s leadership and make the time so right for a transformation in women’s leadership. She describes how many women she has coached experience a gap between who they are and who they want to be. For Suzanne, the longing and suffering they talk about may actually be signs of their “innate potentiality” starting to turn on as they move into a new way of being in the world.
Finally, Suzanne speaks personally and candidly about how, in the wake of a devastating personal tragedy, she was able to rely on her mysterial awarenesses and test the power of this new operating system for herself.
