Painter, writer, and facilitator Anne Boynton has created a course, with co-host Julia RIley, entitled “Infusing your Life with Creativity” for Spirituality and Practice and Sage-ing International.
Anne is the former Chair of Sage-ing International, and has co-facilitated Sage-ing Workshops throughout the US and Canada. As a practicing artist herself, she uses creative exercises as contemplative tools to explore the core elements of Sage-ing and conscious aging.
She believes, as I do that creativity enriches every aspect of our lives and by nurturing creative expression; we bring more health, well-being and joy to our lives.

Anne received a BS in Interior Design, and MS in Textile Design from the University of Tennessee, and has taught Art and Design at the University of Tennessee, Wentworth Institute of Technology and the Boston Architectural College in Boston, Massachusetts. For the past twenty-five years she has been a practicing artist and is looking forward to spending more time with her art.
